Will definitely go back!
Good value for money! I would go back when I go again to Ho Chi Minh . The breakfast was delicious! Totally worth it! The room was clean and nice. The was was good too. They even offer different options of pillow but I was okay with the one they gave me so didn’t request for a change.
Room is not too big. But it’s okay if you are going to sleep.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Saigon
Excellent Location, really supportive staff, high level of cleanness, wonderful smell everywhere, check in & check out process smooth and without problem, highly recommended
Just "room for improvements " .. the lift speed could be faster, breakfast could be "better" , afternoon tea is really "basic" one , AC in the room is "old" fashion ( but working properly .. ), rubber slippers could be change to "one time" use slippers ( more hygienic )

Clean hotel, a little walk to bus stop at main rd.
The hotel is same from web picture. PR Mgr Alice is nice to follow up with guests over any feedback for improvements. Generally, nice staff and at least able to speak simple English. Nice breakfast n hightea change daily.
Room is rather small for price paid. No sitting chair or table in room. Bed is pushed to wall. Room rate shud be lowered as an option for breakfast n hightea.Tea n coffee bags not replenished 1st 3days, we hv to infm reception when back frm sightseeing. Booked rm with view, but only see dirty rooftops..

Very Good
Comfortable hotel in great location, the staff were excellent.
A little dated and the restaurant area had several parties where it was noisy and the staff focussed on the party rather than guests.
